Event Terms and Conditions and Exchange Wristband Policy

In order for the purchase and/or holder (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your”) of a valid wristband or ticket (“Ticket”) to enter the event, You must possess a valid Ticket that permits access to the Event and check in at marked location during the specified time period. You have agreed to accept and comply with the following terms and conditions:-

1. In addition to those terms and conditions outlined below, any attendee of the Event agrees to the terms and conditions outlined by our appointed platform, agent, service provider and representative which is Zcity Application, Zcity App’s Store and Zstore (hereinafter referred to as “the Zcity Platform”).

2. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the Event. You must bring a valid form of photographic ID card to the event (we only accept valid passports, foreign national ID, driving licenses or any pass card that is issued by the Malaysian Government as identification and/or proof of age). We cannot accept expired or out-of-date forms of Photo ID or identification card. If you are not able to provide proof of a valid Photo ID you may be refused entry without a refund. If there is a name on your Ticket, you must provide a valid Photo ID which matches the name printed on the ticket. Fake, invalid or duplicate tickets will be rejected.

3. Ticket cannot be exchanged, upgraded or refunded whatsoever reasons after the purchase.

4. All attendees MUST register their name on the ticket via the Pre-registration system (Z-CITY APP) prior to entering the event. Pre-registration starts on 3rd July 2023.

5. **1 E-Ticket (QR Code) can be used to register only 1 unique name.

6. You will need to redeem your ticket for the Event wristband in order to gain entry to the Music Festival. Wristband must be worn at all times during the event and those found without a wristband will be asked to leave the festival ground. for 2 Day Pass ticketholders, the same wristband must be used for all 2 days of the Music Festival and festival goers are responsible for their own wristband. Lost wristband will not be replaced.  For those who purchased one day pass ticket, the wristband can be used on the event date which is shown in your wristband.

7. Ticket and wristband will NOT be reissued under any circumstance. Please note that those who lose their ticket and/or wristband at the festival will be asked to leave the site or repurchase a ticket.

8. Defaced or altered tickets or passes will become void and you will be refused admission.

9. Ticket cannot be resold for commercial gain. If we have reason to believe that tickets have been re-sold they will be invalidated, and you will be refused admission.

10. All ticket holders are subject to body/bag checks at all entry points into festival grounds.

11. You will need to produce your E-Ticket (QR Code) and your pre-registered application to redeem an individual wristband at Wristband Pick-up Points and to verify the authenticity of the registration information or your documents provided by you at the entrance (Check-in Lane). The organiser does not allow the attendees to collect on behalf of other wristbands no matter what circumstance.

12. All wristbands MUST collect on the date of the event, no prior collection or advance collection of the wristband.

13. No illegal substances including new psychoactive substances (commonly known as “legal high”) and/or other drugs considered to be unsafe are strictly prohibited, no weapons or sharp objects of any kind, and no flammable are permitted to be brought into the event.

14. The following restriction will apply to you attendance at the Event and your breach of any of these may lead to you being refused entry or ejected from the event without a refund (please note that we are not responsible for any prohibited items or other items that we deem inappropriate or unsafe that are confiscated):

    • Crowd surfing and moshing prohibited;

    • Animals are not permitted

    • No food or any form of liquid;

    • No firework, flares, smoke canisters, explosive, firearms, knives, blades, or any other article which may be used as weapon or missile, or which may in our reasonable opinion, cause danger or disruption to visitor at the venue (regardless of whether or not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purpose);

    • Have been previously banned from festival and/or other events by the organiser, the administration or legal authorities;

    • Are demonstrating an intent to disturb the peace or to provoke someone else to do so;

    • Engage in fighting or any disruptive behaviours

    • Suffering from alcohol or other substance intoxications

    • Resist the direction of and searches by the Festival’s security guards;

    • No unauthorised professional photography or filming equipment (including drones) and we reserve the right to destroy any such unauthorised photographs or recording.

15. The Organiser reserves the right to confiscate any prohibited items. Anyone found in possession of a prohibited item will be refused admission and/or ejected from the venue without a refund and may also be liable for prosecution.

16. The Organiser operate a strict zero tolerance drugs policy. Anyone found in possession of an illegal substance will be refused admission, ejected from the venue without a refund and may also be liable for prosecution. If you are suspected of using and/or supplying an illegal substance, you may be selected for an enhanced search in a private area. Failure to comply or cooperate will result in you being ejected from the Venue without a refund.

17. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry and/or expel from the premises any person with unruly conduct and/or in breach of any venue and/or ticketing terms and conditions.

18. This event is a no re-entry event.The organizer reserves the right to deny entry of any attendee whose ticket has been pre-registered with the name that does not match with the identification document provided by the attendee.

19. The organizers will not be liable for any tickets that was not purchased directly from the ticketing channels established by the organizers under any circumstance.

20. You shall grant the Event organiser (and its assignees) the right to include your images, likeness, action and statement in any live or recorded audio, video, film, webcast, stream or other transmission, exhibition, simulcast, or reproduction made of, or at, the Festival in any medium or context for any purpose including commercial or promotion purpose, without further authorisation or otherwise.

21. Neither the Organiser nor the venue operation (if any) will be responsible for any loss, damage, death or injury howsoever caused unless (i) the relevant party has breached its legal obligations; and (ii) such loss or damages is a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of the breach. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organiser will not be responsible for the actions of any third party.

22. In case of medical emergency, you hereby consent the medical care and transportation at your own cost and expenses in order to obtain the treatment is deemed reasonably appropriate or necessary by the reasonable discretion of the medical professional, police and security. The Organiser shall not hold any responsible or liability to any medical expenses including the medical professional fee, medication or expenses arising out of or in connection with, the action or omission of the Organiser related to your medical care.

23. You hereby undertake and acknowledge that there are hazards and risk of physical injury or illness and that not all such risks can be fully eliminated. You further undertake that  the Organiser shall not liable for any delay in the medical care arising out of or in connection with, the action of the medical care transportation, treatment, and whatsoever.

24. You understand this waiver extends to any liability that arising out of or is in any way connected with the medical treatment, transportation provided in the event of an emergency and/or injury.

25. You fully understand that the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) is ex extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death, and there is an inherent danger and risk of exposure to Covid-19 in any place where people are present.

26. The Organiser warrants and declares that every effort will be mode to provide high quality services. You fully understand and agree that the Organiser shall not be responsible or held liable in the event the Organiser is prohibited from providing services due to illness, hospitalisation, auto accident, transportation,  breakdown/disruption, traffic difficulties, acts of God such as inclement weather or other unforeseen incapacitation or other cause of non-arrival on the day of the Event. the Organiser, his agents and assigns shall NOT be held liable for any compensation or any damages (including punitive) due to non-performance of any services resulting from such incapacitations, non-arrival, errors and/or missions of any type. Further, the Organiser bears no liability whatsoever for any compensation or damages for any form of injuries, disputes, damages, indirect loss, direct loss, consequential losses or deaths as a result of the acts and/or omission of any individuals or entities and participation and/or attendance of any individuals or entities during or after the event.

27. You shall indemnify and hold the Organiser (including the directors, officers, employees, manager, executive) harmless against and all actions, proceeding, demands, claims, liabilities or damages, costs and expenses whatsoever or howsoever arising as a result of (i) any omission, breach or non-compliance by you of these terms and conditions; and (ii) any act or omission by you or any participants or individual for the event and/or any individual participating in or attending the event and any form of injuries, disputes, damages, consequential loss or death arising or resulting therefrom during the said Event, including without limitation those arising from or in connection with third party claims for breach of contract, personal injury, loss of vehicle, damages and/or loss, defamation.

28. The Organiser shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay or failure in performance of its obligation hereunder (including the holding or hosting of the event) to the extent such delay or failure is caused by (i) storm, flood, fire, earthquake, or other acts of God; (ii) war, invasion, hostilities, terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest or violence; (iii) any disease, epidemic or pandemic, including novel coronavirus Covid-19 (together with any mutations, adaptation, or variation thereof), (iv) embargoes or blockades; (v) national or regional emergency; (vi) strikes, labour stoppages, or slowdowns or other industrial disturbances; (vii) any order or guidance from any governmental or quasi-governmental organisation, including without limitation in regards to travel, public gatherings or health and safety; (viii) failure of carriers or utiltiites or equipment beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control; (ix) unavailability of the venue through no fault of the Organiser; or (x) other similar causes beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser. In any such event, the Organiser shall be entitled but not obliged to either provide alternative facilities or venue for the event and/or reschedule the Event, without liability on the part of the Music Festival.

29. If it is necessary to cancel / change the event. The organizer will refund only the ticket price.

**Important : Please do not show your E-Ticket QR Code / Reference Code / Confidential information to the public. The organizer reserves the right not to provide any refunds or issue new tickets.
